Clarification: We do not offer accredited educational courses, vocational training, or academic degrees. All services are fully service-based deliverables.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
  • Payment is required in full before the commencement of the audit or delivery of the final report.
  • Accepted payment methods are displayed securely during checkout.
  • Invoicing: Electronic invoices compliant with French regulations are sent via email upon transaction completion.

5. Delivery of Services

Upon successful payment, the Client will receive:

  • Immediate Confirmation: Access to the client portal or a confirmation email outlining the project scope.
  • Digital Delivery: All audits, reports, and optimized files are delivered digitally via secure download link or email.
  • Timeline: Specific delivery timelines for custom audits are indicated at the time of purchase or in the service proposal.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

For Business Clients (B2B): As our services are customized professional consultancy tailored to business needs, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply once the service execution has begun.

For Consumers (EEA Only): If you are contracting as an individual consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving any reason.

  • Refunds: Processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Coding By Nadezda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service engagement.
  • Advisory Nature: Our services are advisory. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as revenue increases) resulting from the implementation of our design recommendations.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by French law.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
